Welcome to the Giler Investment and Opportunities site. For the most part, here you will find real estate opportunities not listed in any Real Estate publications. These opportunities are real estate developments which are in the planning stages; in the process of being completed; the property is 'currently' being built; or are in the conceptual site planning stages. Giler Investment and Opportunities was designed for commercial and residential developers, both gov't and private wishing to present their project(s) to the general public before they are completed. Each project is unique and have different investment opportunities; here are some examples- owning a percentage of the project either through the LLC (Limited Liability Corp), contract agreements for a number of buildings; contract agreements for parcels, or other tailored agreements. If you are interested, you can contact the developer's representative directly.
