Do I need a TOPO survey for closing?

Generally you would not need a Topo Survey for a simple Real Estate Closing, a Boundary Survey will usually satisfy the survey needs for this purpose. However if
you are purchasing properties for building purposes you may want to order a Topo
Survey, as this type of survey is usually needed for design and or building permitting purposes.
