Please have TOPO Survey ready prior to design. If you don’t have one we could contract a Florida Licensed Surveyor to provide us with one. Once we have the TOPO survey in hand we will provide a quick sketch (conceptual site plan) to the Geotechnical Personal to get a soils report. This report is needed for the Design of the system and is also part of the permitting package that goes to FDEP.

Q: What is the difference between a Survey and a TOPO survey .
A: A survey is just boundary with legal description outlining your property and a TOPO survey is same as the survey but it also includes tree location(s), utility information(s), Elevations, swale(s), building(s), retaining wall(s), walkway(s), etc.
